Sam, first and foremost is a farm dog. She helps with chores around the farm and in her off time she loves to retrieve. She will retrieve anything that she can pick up including items she has to drag. She works well off of pressure and is game for anything. She is just a happy dog. 
She has a wonderful off switch and can lay at my feet without complaint for as long as I ask her, and if you want to cuddle she's willing to do that too.
Sam has pups from previous litters that compete in stock dog trials, frisbee competition, and just plain awesome pets. She has littermates in agility, obedience, stock dog trials, and farm dogs just like her, from California to New York.
